    Ok, I finally got my first VCD burned. It looks and sounds great, the only problem is that the video kind of has a stutter to it, it looks like its kinda slow motion or something.

    Anyone know how to fix this?

    Did you use TMPGEnc? I only know this endocer well. Did you use the standard settings that came with the VCD template? WHat is your source file and how was it made?
