on one of my dvd players, a malata n996, plays vcd's i have made on my g4 with a quiet underlying beeping sound to them. and it's only vcd's i've made from scratch where i
captured then editted in fcp 2.0.2 and encoded in qt pro 5.0.2 for vcd with toast plug in and burned with toast 5.0.2. i'm on a dp 800 os 9.2.1 and have made 3 vcd's of my own lately, just tv shows, but when i play them back i hear a real subtle beeping sound while they play. and was curious if this is a common thing for this malata dvd player or other players or for vcd's made on a mac?? vcd's that i have bought play fine or copies of original vcd's that i have burned play fine too. but vcd's from scratch on both cd-r's and cd-rw's have that beeping sound. but these same vcd's that i've made play fine on my pioneer dv 525 and a 333 and my buddies apex. and when i play these vcd's on my mac or a pc they play fine too no beeping. vcd's my freinds have made play fine too but have been made on a pc, but it seems weird that the malata would have a problem playing some from a mac, so i was curious if any one else has had this problem with vcd's they have made, on a mac. any thoughts on this??

thanks
