Dear friends,
I got the same problem with CANīT LOAD P3PACKAGE.DLL problem. I read dozens os messages, but in nowhere I found the solution. So, I realized that the TMPGenc dir should be in C:\ (root), and IT WORKED ! My dir was at Program Files, and this was causing the error.
Just put the TMPGenc dir on the Root and post a message here if it worked !
Iīm pleased to help all of my partners Video Makers.....
Sincerily,

Dear friends,
It worked ! I think this is it !
Well, I used to open TMPGenc from quicklaunch button, on tools bar. But when I run it from the Windows Explorer with double click right on the file.exe, the message error was gone !
I think that TMPGenc get confused with quicklaunch buttons, īcause the directory of these buttons is different from aplications....and this is why the dll file wasnīt found.
I really want you guys to test it and tell me the news ....
Hope this helps all the people with P3Package.dll problem.
