Need Streaming Solution

Hello, i want to host some live streaming event

My Setup is

PC With Webcam > Dedicated Win2003 Server 100MB internet connection > Show Stream On My Website

Thats the solution i'm looking for

I have tried NSV using winamp, it works great but the website embedding options doesnt work out.
The AMPX player that can stream this solution on a website works with IE but not with Firefox

I need a solution that can allow me to stream to the High Bandwidth Server and the Server Distribute to the viewers

Windows Media Encoder? Can take a live camera input and stream it.... Clients use Windows Media Player to view.
