    Hi I have two VCDs from a friend of a home movie. I took the .mpeg file from each VCD and put them in C:\VIDEO_TS directory. Can I just burn the VIDEO_TS folder and get a DVD or do I need anything else? Can the .mpeg files be named anything?

    the files will probably need to be re-encoded and definitely authored. Please read some of the guides to the left, I'm pretty sure the answer you're looking for is there.
