I was playing mpegs on my computer fine. Somebody told me to uninstall my codecs and reinstall them in order to get rid of TmpgEnc errors. So I did and now everything plays back, BUT NOW MY MPEGS WONT PLAY!!! Whats wrong? TmpgEnc wont recognize the mpegs either, what happened. Somebody please help. I have a Xvid Codec installed, and Ac3 filter, and Nimo Codec Pack 8. The person told me to get rid of Nimo and install only the ones I need, but they are nowhere to be found when I search for them except in the Nimo Codec Pack itself. What do I do to play my mpegs again?

install powerdvd -- your mpg's will play and tmpgenc will work importing mpeg2 files
