dolby surround test

hi not sure if this is the right forum to answer my post,

i downloaded a thx sound test clip from the thx website and its in windows media video file, what id like to do is to put that test at the begining of my backup DVD's, would i have to convert this file and if so with what tools?

Also would i have to rename DVD structure so that it would played synchronised one after the other.

you can convert it with ulead and vegas products to mpeg2 /ac3 - probobly others as well , but if it has that media management lic stuff in it -- i don't have a clue...

as for your second question -- i don't understand it ..

what i mean is that say if for example i decrypted a film say shawshank redemption on to the harddrive and wanted to insert an extra VOB i.e. Dolby Surround Sound clip before the menu, how would i do that, presumable i would have to rename some of the vobs and create new ifos and bups?
