  1. I am having trouble converting my quicktime movies in to dvd format, the problem is that when I use the wizard I cant change the framerate to 24fps et is preset to 25fps andit wont set the aspect to 4:3 PAL.
I'm using TMPGenc, and the movies I need to convert is the ones found on www.apple.com/trailer, and they are 24fps!
Is there another program I can use that is easyer to use or am I doing this wrong

  3. When the wizard comes up, simply cancel it. Then, click on the "load" button to load a template. Look in the "extra" folder and you should see an "unlock" template. Simply load that template up, then change the settings to the ones you desire, then save those settings as a template. Be sure and give your new template a unique name so you won't overwrite another template. The next time you open up TMPGEnc, you should be able to select your template using the wizard under "other."

Also, if you are having problems getting audio with any quicktime files, simply use this program called Rad Video Tools. It can extract the quicktime audio as a wav which can then be used in TMPGEnc. I used this program on a couple of Animatrix episodes that had no audio after encoding with TMPGEnc. Worked great! Here is the address: www.radgametools.com.

  4. Dear friend niko001,

I also like to watch trailers, but I have a question. Is there any possibility of saving the .mov file in that trailers you watch on the site with CLICK HERE TO PLAY thing on it ?

    Thanx.

  9. I found an easy way to save them.
Once the complete trailer has finished simply right click on the middle and select "save as quicktime movie".

  10. Dear friend StealthKing,

How could I save those movies ? The page is a HTML and not a .MOV. And the movie says CLICK TO PLAY. Please, explain it to me.

    THANX

I don´t have the registered version of Quicktime Pro. Should I buy it then ? Is there a "Free" way to get those trailers ?

  16. Your Welcome.
o001-To convert quicktime to DVD I would use EO Video to convert the Quicktime movie to DivX and then use TMPGEnc to convert The DivX to DVD.
