    I've encoded a file in divx3 (mencoder)+ mp3 for audio
    Does it will look cool on PC?
    what's the best codec for sharing with PC users?

    The best codec in my opinion is, currently, mencoder mpeg-4. It can be decoded with DivX 5 player on PC. XviD is also extremely good.
