Please don't cross post. One topic is enough.

I'm having the same problem. Anyone figure anything out? I checked where Baldrick said to look & just found A LOT of similar problems (but no good new advice). I also tried what byrdmaniac69 said & the install drivers option just continuosly tells me to reboot my computer (it never appears to actually do anything). Anyone? THANK YOU!

I think daxster is right, but I continue to try to install the drivers (START - PROGRAMS - DVD X COPY - CONFIGURE - INSTALL DRIVER FILES), but I still get an immediate window saying that several drivers NEED to be installed and that I should reboot my computer. I reboot and the DVD X Copy window automatically pops back onto my screen with the same 3 options (INSTALL DRIVER FILES, CHECK FOR UPDATES, or EXIT). If I select INSTALL DRIVER FILES, I am again just told that several drivers need to be installed & that I should reboot. It never actually (appears to) install any drivers ... just constantly tells me to reboot. HELP! THANK YOU!!

Thanks daxster. I stumbled across a solution & now have DVD X Copy up & running again. Through the control panel, I restored my computer to its previous settings, back when I had DXC running (didn't know I could do that). Anyway, I am convinced that my problem had something to do with the trial version of Nero that I downloaded, istalled, used, let expire, and consequently removed from my computer. No problems now ... thanks!
