I had seen this movie over a friends house. Boy, did that movie blow chunks. Talk about you "instant oatmeal" love story. They try to kill each other in the first scene together, then 45 min later we are supposed to believe they totaly love each other. The slow mo fight scenes... all the fight scenes just sucked. Not fun or believable
Anyway,
I felt the overall picture was great on his 48" WS TV. We threw the disk into his PC and found the movie could fit without encoding. It seems funny to me that they achived a great picture with such a low bit rate. The disk is clearly 2 layer. It's a 2 hour action film. I use the term "action" loosly. Usually those item lead to the movie going over the 4 GIG line.
Question:
Are they starting to catch on and using a VBR when they set up the disk?

Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side.
