  1. Hi, I can't seem to figure this out. I have read the tutorials here, the mr. bass tutorial and several others. Every time I use Instant Copy 7 it crashes while analyzing files. Doesn't matter what movie. I have and AMD Athlon 1.1 ghz computer with lots of HD space. All the other programs work fine, but I was hoping to get the improved quality of IC. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

What operating system are you running and when was the last time you did a complete reformat and install? Lots of hard drive space means nothing if your platform (OS) is not working well with your hardware and other programs. More info please.

  3. I am running XP and I did do a clean install. The scratch files run on a 30gb drive with 20gb free. Let me know what other information would be helpful.

Also try defraging hard drive and get a faster chip at least 2 gig I had the same thing happen and after I upgraded from 1 gig to 2 gig and 256 ram to 512 ram it worked flawlessly.

good luck. I have yet to be able to get more than one movie through IC. I purchased it, and am sorry I did. I've been in touch with tech support to no avail. All I get is "debug assertion failed" and then it crashes. Too bad, really. I've read mostly good reviews on the program.

Running XP on a dual PIII 1ghz workstation here. Other than IC, the PC has been rock stable.
