    It will play the song for a few seconds then completely crash! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists

    Completely crash? it just disappears with no errors? Checked the windows event viewer logs?
    What itunes version?

    Your Computer Details say you're using WinME. Is that the system on which you're having problems? The latest versions of iTunes require the more recent versions of Quicktime (of course), which don't work under Win9X/ME.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
