  2. use decrypter to burn it back ( mode, iso, write).

make sure it will fit one disc though.

Why do you feel you should use [File Mode] method rather than [ISO read/write mode]? I have done some extensive tests on the two methods and just wondered what evidence you might have to back up such a statement?

    Thank You

    Doesn't need evidence,

Common sense would tell you, that if you rip in file mode, you can test the rip & work with the files if you need to.

  6. The key is 'if need too.' If it's a DVD5 disc you can just rip the ISO image, and then burn the image.

Even if you want to edit the DVD it's still easier to rip an ISO image, then mount it with Deamon Tools. This way I have store several image files in one dir, vs. several VIDEO_TS folders. Given that many programs won't work unless the VIDEO_TS folder is in the root dir, that's another reason to rip jus the image file.

But to each his own. I prefer to store/save several image files to by 2nd HD and mout them as necessary. And if those images are less than 4.7GB I can just burn them as needed/desired.
