Huh? If you want to recreate the mpeg(s), use VCDGear or VCDEasy to extract the .dat and "convert it" to mpg. If that's not what you're after, please explain further!

On my upstairs computer, I burned the files out of .bin and .cue to make a SVCD. I did that with Alcohol 120. But my upstairs computer is getting fixed. So I cant get on that computer but I still have this SVCD I made with it. But you know the folders in a VCD; EXT, MPEG2, SVCD. I was wondering if I could make another VCD with these folders? Thanks 8)

Just do a straight CD copy with whatever software you use. No need to take it apart and put a new one together again...

Whatever software came with your burner? Nero, Adaptec, BHA, whatever.

VCDEasy provides a front-end to cdrdao and vcdxrip that can take a finished (S)VCD and extract all the files, as well as producing a vcdimager XML file that can recreate the original disc.
