  1. I have two vcd's and i want to combine and convert them to one dvd...how do i do it???

    VCD uses a valid DVD resolution, so no editing of the video stream is necessary. You could possibly join them using the TMPGenc MPEG TOOLS option (under the FILE menu). You would then need to Demultiplex the joined MPEG's (specifically, split the audio off), resample it to 48Khz, and then multiplex them back together.

    This assumes that both VCD's are the same framerate, and of course, resolution.

    You could also simply demux the audio from both, resample, and author in a DVD authoring package that allows mutliple MPEG's. You would then either link the first MPEG to the second ( so the second begins playing automatically at the end of the first ), or link to them via MENU in the DVD Authoring software.
