Hi everyone, ive been having some problems with my players:
Samsung S221
Norcent DP 300, 215
When I play a vcd, svcd or dvd-r, the movie plays fine, however the movie is croped on both sides but when I play on the computer I get the full aspect of the movie.
Is it just my players? or Have I been creating my movies improperly? If its my player can anyone recommend one that does not do this?
Thanks everyone and cheers for my first post :P

I would go with the creation process. Most DVD playes adjust the aspect ratio for you. take svcd... it has a resolution of 480x480 you DVD player takes that and stretches it to fit your tv. What did you use to encode it? what were your settings? and try your disc that you made on someone elses dvd player to rule out your creation process just in case it is your dvd player.
