  1. I created a disc using Ulead DVD Moviefactory on a DVD+RW disc.

Now I can not erase the data that is on it with any program (Ulead, Nero, DVD Decrypter)

    What can I do?

Nero can for sure erase DVD+RW disks. However, even if you don't erase the disk, if you try to record over the existing content Nero will ask you if you want to erase. Answer yes and erase+record will be done in the same step.

I don't know what kind of recorder you have. I have a DRU500A and although I have had tons of problems with Nero and DVD-R disks, I've never had any problems with +RW or -RW ones. I can therefore safely assume that the disk is perhaps damaged. Or dirty? At times, when erasing and recording +RW disks, I've encountered the message "Power calibration Error". First time I thought that the disk was damaged, but when I washed it (with cool water and hand soap), it all worked OK.
The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.

  3. Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2 will give you an erase option when you are ready to burn on the same disk.

I had 10 Imation DVD-RW media around Christmas from Office Depot that I never could get to erase after 1 burn. I took them back and exchanged them for maxells, no problems before these disc or after. I never could get these to erase no matter what software I used. By the way I'm talking about-RW never seen it on +RW and only the Imation brand.
