I tried to backup a movie on my hard drive using dvd decryptor. But when I was about to burn, Nero gave me a message saying that it was not dvd standard compliant. When I double checked the VIDEO_TS folder, I noticed that one of the IFO files and both BUP files were missing. But these files are present on the original dvd. Is there a setting on DVD Decryptor that I need to change? Much appreciation to anyone who can help me.

I have a few questions. 1st was this a DVD-5 (single layer) if so did you rip it in file mode? If so did you use Ctrl-A to select all the files?

You ripped in ifo mode which only copies one ifo file into the VIDEO_TS directory. To get all four ifo files you need to rip in file mode.
If you no longer have the DVD you could use Ifoedit or DVD Toolbox to create the ifo files .
