is there a way to get my vcds to auto play when inserted?Sorry for the bumb ? but i'm pretty new.

It depends. My experience has been that auto play is a feature of the dvd player and not of the vcd encoding. Some players will auto play others do not. I do not believe you can encode a vcd to auto play on a dvd player that is not designed auto play.

Sorry, it's not possible as far as I know. That's a built in function of your player. If it was your PC....well, that can be done.

I'm looking for the same thing...
why would a dvd player auto-play a dvd and not a vcd??
so far I have tried my vcd's on 5 different brands of players, from a $50 one to a $200 one (the higher the price the worst the playback is)
there has to be something on the cd itself that tells the player to start playing
