I use scenalyzer to capture and had been using a Pinnacle capture board with great success before a thunderstorm came and ruined everything.
Went to Best Buy - no Pinnacle boards there so I picked up the 8500DV since it was available and on-sale and it seemed that most folks on this board seemed to like the board, but not the SW.
When I try to use scenalyzer, it hangs and I can't even kill it with task manager. All other software I've tried to use to capture (Ulead, VDub, etc) don't provide the quality I'm used to nor the A/V sync that scenalyzer is very good at.
I'd really like to get back in business here - been dead in the water for a couple of weeks trying everything. Has anyone had any success using scenalyzer with the 8500DV and - if so - any tips?
I'm runnning XP SP1 with the latest updates from both Microsoft and ATI....
Thanks in advance.
