  1. I just recently bought LinkinPark's Reanimation DVD, and I'd like to convert the audio tracks so I can listen to them on the mp3 player while working out. How do I work with DVD-Audio to accomplish this?
By the way I don't own a dvd-audio player yet, and the songs sound great in 5.1, I was just wondering how they would sound with a true dvd-a player.

    Thanks,

  2. I figured out how to extract the audio from the video_ts folder, but how do I work with the audio_ts folder? All I get is static. I'm using dvddecrypter and an ac3 to mp3 decoder.
What's a .aob file in the audiofolder?

sorry, had to post. i'm at work and just burst out laughing at the header for this topic. made a bit more sense when you said you wanted it on your portable player though.....
mind you, aren't the songs the same as the ones on the CD albums, just with 5.1 sound, which you won't appreciate on an mp3 player?

Cant you just plug the mp3 player to the headphone of what your playing it on and record it? I used to record MP3s from my computer to my Mini Disc player, worked perfect. Good quality even though it was MP3 thru analog signal to the MD.

  7. The dvd audio version is 5.1, but it's also remixed tracks from the first album, that's why I wanted this version to be portable. I'm not worried about losing surround since it will be on my nomadII. I've got the audio done from the videos, so now I'd like to extract the audio songs too.
