Hello, I am new here and I don't know of where else to ask this question.

It's been really driving me crazy on how you can put 20 episodes onto one disc (DVD-R)

I have 20 episodes (downloaded) all compressed to around 175 MB
    23 frames/second
    137kbps
    24 bit
    video compression DivX YV12)

with the exception of one which is 338 MB (it was 7.99 GB)
    ( 15 frames/second
    283kbps
    video sample size- 24 bit
    video compression divx)

I really would like to ask what programs I can use ( I have nero v. 6.1 (with the video dvd plug in I think) and Div-x converter, blaze media pro, bitlord, utorrent, limewire 4.8.1) To also create menues and backgrounds and background music. Also how to compress my files even more (if they won't fit already)

thank you all so much for taking the time to even read this. [/b]

  2. You didn't say how long is each episode. But even I don't have that information, I think you can't put divx files onto a DVD-R and use it like a video DVD.

Then you would need a DVD player that will also play DIVX files...

Each episode is normal length (21-22 min) Yes they can be put onto a dvd-r because I bought the x-men series and the guy used dvd-rs. Quality was better than expected.

You bought the X-Men series on DVD-R?
If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

yup on ebay. I really want to at least put 17 epsiodes on because the series I want to make has 83 episodes for the first season. And 60 on the next. So the reason why I wanted 20 on each is because it will only be like 4-5 discs rather than 10.

    sure..it won't look very good...but i guess that's not the point...137kbps is very low quality...barely watchable

well is it possible to help me out please. I really would like some help with this. Is nero good to use? What programs do I need to be able to fit all these onto a disc? Total they are 3.3 GB which is perfect to put on a dvd-r but it says that it exceeds the limit, I heard that there is a program that lets me convert them so that it can fit onto the dvd-r. Then I need to know what is the best way to make interactive menues with backgrounds and such. Thanks.
