I only wear fakies when I cross dress.

I'd like to get some, but not necessarily for me.... (or at least, not IN me)

I have a fake boob I use as a paper weight. Though my wifes real boobs are much better and more attractive, they aren't as portable. I like real ones better.

fake boobs will remain on a woman's chest
lovely large natural boobs will eventually wind up on a woman's stomach. the nipples and the belly button should not be anywhere near the same area!
lovely small natural boobs will also tend to stay in the right area.

I find it much more apealling for a woman's breasts to point up when she lays on her back than for them to be in her arm pits.

not all women get implants just to have big boobs
the vast majority of women have one bigger than the other. usually it's not a big deal, really not too noticable. sometimes it's quite an extreme difference and there are plenty of women with only one implant.
not all women who get implants wind up with freakishly HUGE boobs either, nor do they wind up with unnaturally large breasts.
I don't think you can get the sacks of silicone anymore, just saline.
supposedly, the newer methods involve very little pain (though the expense part you mentioned is definitely still there).
the fake boobs that I've had personal experience with looked and felt quite natural -- not hard, or cold.
firm? yes. hard? no.
nothing wrong with firm (yet yielding!). squishy boobs gross me out.

my old lady has been considering implants for some time now.
I am neither encouraging or discouraging her -- this is her decision (not to mention $$), not mine. and I have told her that.
they are her boobs, not mine. It doesn't matter if I like her boobs or not -- what matters is whether or not SHE likes her boobs.
I think she looks great as she is, and I like her boobs. 34C is about right/average/normal for a woman of her height and build.
In general, boobs are good!
If she does decide to get implants, I will support her decision (I damn sure won't complain! ).
If she decides NOT to get implants, I will support her decision (I damn sure won't complain).

Have you not seen my wife's pictures online? Actually I know you have. We do have a son too. Her's came back nice, though during breast feeding they were an impressive size. She won't get implants ever. She did work at a facial plastic surgeons office for a while and I was able to get an unused fakie from one of his fellows on intern.

Man I am getting old or turning queer, but I do kind of feel sorry for women when it comes to all of the things they do to look good for us. What a waste of time money and effort, when all we really want is to get them into a dark room and under the covers!

In all truthfulness, women say they care about your opinion, but they are really self centered. (no offense) Point in view (and my wife will probably scold me severely or just agree and walk off after reading this) Women ask if they look sexy, even when they know they are just going to take it off. They feel the need to look good to themselves, but only seek an opinion to validate their feelings. They will only accept the opinion if it follows along their own. If it does not, there are several reactions you can get depending on any outlying circumstance that has come in contact with her during her entire life, or maybe just a few seconds ago. Kinda like the woman who goes to work and gets pissed off for someone saying scandalous sexual things to her, but she sees a hot guy on a billboard on the way home and begs her boyfriend to talk nasty to her in bed.

Women are women. However, there's a book from a very wise woman (Dr. Judith Berman) that says everyone can learn to control their reactions and emotions. Hormones are not an excuse or exemption to this. If you do not have willing control, it is time to seek a physician. 88% of women, when asked in a survey, openly admitted that they use their hormones/menstruation cycle as an excuse to their being more emotional, moody, and changable in character. The real discovery is that in particular, the menstruation cycle increases the stress level of a woman and she uses the ability to variate her emotions and moods to relieve the stress for each particular moment.

My wife read that part and said "that's not neccessarily true" and walked off without giving reason. She liked the book though.

then again, we mostly have only 3 moods: horny, angry, & hungry.
