    Iīve got a small problem.
On my timeline, the time used to be in the format 00:01:00:00 and so on. Now all of a sudden itīs 00:01:00:0000.
Can anyone tell me how to change back so that I get just two zeroes instead of four?

    Thanks

    Hakster

I'm not in front of my computer right now and I don't have my Premiere Pro User Guide with me, but I do have my After Effects User Guide with me. Timecode display options in After Effects is under the Composition settings. It seems like in Premiere there is a Project Properties option under the File menu. The After Effects book suggests searching on "time-display options" in the on-line help. You can try that search with Premiere. If you don't get a better answer in the meantime, I'll check it out once I get home this evening.

The only thing that I saw in my copy of Premiere Pro 1.5.1 that would affect how the timecode is display is under Project/Project Settings/General on the menu. In the regular DV projects that I work on I can choose between 30 fps non-drop-frame or drop-frame, and a setting that shows just frame numbers. I'm not sure how to correct the display that you got, but if I figure it out, I'll post it here.

Hakster, I was watching an online video tonight by someone named Steven Gotz. He is apparently a Premiere Pro guru. A few minutes into his Premiere Pro training video he was talking about timecode and the timeline. You have set Audio Units. The way to turn those off is to click the small button in the upper right corner of the timeline window and choose Audio Units. Hopefully, I have attached an image that shows the button to click.
