hi, i am using some verbitam 8x to burn some avi files. i am using cdburner xp pro 3 to burn the files. i have done it loads of times with loads of different files but then when i put in the disk it gives me the message "windows cannot read this disk, it might be corrupted or using a format that is not compatible with windows, i know its not the disk because ive tried so many times, maybe its the program, can someone reccomend a free program to use (not a trial version unless its 30 days and not like 2 copies) or explain what i need to do to burn these correctly or to play them. the writer is a nec 3520AW rw- ND. i havnt got any propblems playing any other disks , e.g dvd or computer games, although sometimes i cannot play a dvd unless conected to the internet

    thanks

Never had any problems with CD Burner XP Pro and data CD (nor audio CD) - Maybe burnatonce as an alternative?

  6. I have used folder2ISO to produce the image and ImgBurn to burn it. It worked for me.

im reading the guide but what is an iso image, does this convert it to dvd player palyable? i only need it to play on a computer

  9. Iso image is an image of the disc - it doesn't matter what kind of disc - data or video, or audio, or younameit, cd or dvd. The progies which are burning straight to disc in reality convert to an image on-the-fly.
