  2. You need to do a lot of reading.

    Start here

    Then here

    and finally here

I can't be more specific because I have no idea what tools you have available, your level of competency with PC's in general and besides, there are are too many ways to achieve what you want.

Read the guides, try a few things, then when you run into problems, come back and ask specific questions that someone can help with

  5. There are a lot of threads on this already. Do a search and read them. You will see this subject instantly creates a firestorm of opinion about censoring. Editing out scenes is relatively easy if you don't care about preserving the menus. TMPGEnc DVD Author is the easiest in my opinion. But to get to that point you'll need to read the guides already suggested.

May I be the first to be on your mailng list smurf?

I recall another post a week or two back in which someone wanted to edit out the *dirty* parts. The posters narrowed it down to how sad it is that the American mentality about nudity or other *dirty* stuff is distasteful. Sheesh. Tho I am an American, I totally agree how nudity is equated with *dirty* or bad here, when in fact it is a normal and natural part of life. Tiz so archaic.

    jlbryan,
Don't be put off by those who want to ridicule and attack you because you think differently than they do. There are jerks in every organization. qlizard's suggestion and others are helpful .... but they are right - you do have a lot of homework to do. Hang in.
