Take a look in this thread, there is mention of a new software called "RubberDub" (I never tried it)

Thanks for helping, but i dont have a clue how to use that program, Im not too good at this sort of thing. I think VLC will sort audio, but I never know what key to press to line it up to video I know its key J what gives it ( - ms ) and key K increases the audio in ms but its so hard to line it up

Not familiar with VLC. To have any hope of fixing this you have to have a good awareness of what you have.
Is the audio off the same amount all through the video? Does it drift further as the video progresses?
Does it go out more at cuts and scene changes? etc, etc. -
Getting correct audio sync can be a pain between two audio files or more. There's many projects out there to do it but they aren't always easy to figure out or use. The easier projects to use are when you want to sync subtitles to audio which ffmpeg or AI can help. The future projects will probably be AI assisted for ease of use when doing audio sync correctly. There's this interesting project I stumbled upon but it's taxing on a system but can give interesting and good results if you want to figure out how to use it. It's not exactly in english on the site but the program uses english and you can do auto translate. If you can't figure out what the results mean exactly you can use gemini or other AI/LLM type prompts to help understand what sync you should use. This program uses video to match audio sync which is why it's more gpu/cpu intensive. The project is called FFmatch.
It's a fork of the original project but the main site has the link to use the updated version of it. Perhaps this will help assist you in the future.

The link to the program is on the main site itself. Good luck and hope it works out for you.
