(AviSynth) How to install Rainbow Smooth on StaxRip?

I've been trying to install Rainbow Smooth on StaxRip for a while now and that's because there's a video with rainbow I need to remove,
but when I try to install the filter onto StaxRip, it says to install SmoothUV (there's no function called "SmoothUV"), so I did but it gave me an error saying it's 32-bit, so instead I install SmoothUV2 instead since it's the same but it's 64-bit compatible, it gives me another error saying there's no function called "SmoothUV" (again) even though I installed SmoothUV2. So now I'm stuck and have no other ideas, can anyone help me out here?
(Note: I've been installing the filters through the Plugin folder, and used Import("") with Rainbow Smooth, and LoadPlugin("") with SmoothUV/SmoothUV2)

It may be better to create a manual script and encode/test it in vdub2...
Much easier to troubleshoot scripts and missing dependencies...
