  12. Mine is in the packaging that XP Home came in. It's on a big, yellow sticker.

    Of all the machines that we have built with OEM copies of Windows on them, they all have a Microsoft Genuine Certificate of Authenticity hologram sticker with the key on it, to be placed on the machine case. If you don't see that, and there is no key in the documentation then it could be a pirate copy.

    MS has a phone number that I posted it a recent thread if she can't find her number. Its just for key problems and lost keys.
