Hello,
Check in the tools section under dvd rippers:
https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=7#7
There are several listed.
KevinDonatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -
I would recommend a two step process.
Rip the DVD with DVDDecrypter or SmartRipper setting it to produce a new VOB file split at 9Gb (ensure the whole video is on a single VOB).
Open that with VirtualDUB mod. Select Audio-->full processing mode
If you want to make audio at CD resolution, also Select Audio-->Conversion and set 44100Hz instead of the source 48000Hz.
Select File-->Save WAV and save the audio to a file. The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know. -
DVD Audio Ripper - Nice and simple.

Can't DVDDecrypter and Smartripper, rip to elementary streams as well. And just convert that to wav? Never tried other tools, nor have I used DVDdecrypter or smartripper to do this.
Blah, blah, blah -
...in short, there are more ways to strip the audio out of a VOB than there are ways to skin a cat.
