    I have a couple video files (200mb for a 20min episode)

Any utility that I can use to cut that file size in half. I have other episodes that are the same length and half the size.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  2. What is the format of the video? AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2?
For AVI you can use VirtualDub http://www.virtualdub.org
For MPEG you can use TMPGEnc http://www.tmpgenc.net

  3. u can always recode it with TEMPEnc and use the cvcd template (u can have a lower bitrate and sound qualite (128kbit/sec)
