burning with Nero

help!!! i don't know why for some reason, i can't burn any DVD disc with Nero nor nerovision. it always says: drive is in use although i don't have any software open.

Hello,

Does it still happen after you reboot???? If so try closing all nonessential programs and try again.

If it still persists use a different burn program. If you don't have one try reinstalling nero.

You could also upgrade your drives firmware.

Check for any packet writing software. If you have Nero, you might have installed InCD. Close this task in Task Manager or through the task bar.

If your os is winxp then open task manager and then goto processes and end imapi and then try again.

You've got the image name correctly in the post, but you need to use the "Browse" button to find it on your hard disk. Click "Open" after you select it.

Don't preview it first or you'll lose the HD link, and the image won't show in preview anyways.
