    I'm thinking about buying this program. I think it's good but then again i haven't used it yet. Can you guys share your opinions on this software with me . Is there anything else out there that's better than this ?

    You can download a trial - give it a go...

    Also, there's a whole load of comments on the tool if you look it up in the "Tools" section.

    Popular MPEG encoders in these forums are (in no particular order):

    I use WinAVI frequently & I have used many other converters as well. I find WinAvi to be very fast & has very good quality.

    For me, it's simply a must have converter.

    But as daamon suggested, download the trial & see if its good for you.
