    I tried WinAvi 9.0 to convert to Dvd's but when i click the OK button to convert, nothing comes out, there is no dialog box or someting. I've checked the my task mannager it said that the program is not responding, how can i fix this?

    im using WinXP 64-bit SP2 OS.

    Probably a 64bit problem, I would contact the winavi support...or try other free converters like dvd flick.

    thank you, i usually have XP 32-bit but when i upgraded my primary memory to 4Gb i need to switch to 64-bit to maximize the allowable memory, and they say it is faster to convert in 64-bit.

    im converting anything (usually mkv files) using this said software to DVD mpeg2 format then author them using DVDlab. I think it is time to explore other things. (preferred freeware, im insufficient funds)
