Is the ATI TV Wonder Pro worth buying? I have an ATI 9200 Radeon with VIVO but I cannot get it to work at all. I would like to be able to capture old home movies at 720x480 from my VCR and that's really all I need it for. Would the TV Wonder be good for that?

There is a new ATI's TV card coming out later this year(PowerColor Theater 550 PRO), which features a new chip (Theater 550 PRO) and hardware mpeg encoding. Details can be found on ATI's official web site. The new chip did sound promising. I am still waiting for the review though.
One of the web site said the suggested retail price wll be $99.
Here is one of the cards that carry the new chip.

So, can you wait?
