are there any plans to bring back this feature? as of now it's an extra step to export to a self-contained .mov file.
i much preferred encoding with the reference file in the old versions of ffmpegx.

I just noticed this as well in 0.0.9o (QT ref file to two joined mpeg4+ac3 files wasnt recognised, had to export the joined file to self-contained for it to work.)
