I hear these discs are crap, though. But that may not be the case for you depending on your burner. I've heard time and time again that AN32 discs are crap, and yet I get excellent burns out of them with my DRU-530a. (And yes, I do know what I'm talking about...)

    O yeah it does
I have purchased those cicero in the past and about 1/2 worked. I have also bought other generic no name media from FS that for the most part have been/are rebrands, various pieces of crap media the original mfg's couldn't get rid of themselves.
This place is excellent and it's hard to beat their prices

This is canada. Things are somewhat different here.
50 bucks for a hundred dvd,s is a steal up here.
However, if they are crap, then it's no deal at all.
I have had no problem with the an32,s myself.
I recently bought Kodak disks for 70 bucks a hundred. Turned out to be prodisk S03,s.
Work great on my nec 2500.
However, who knows what the next spindle will be?
    Probably princo's and coaster city

I bought the Kodak-Prodiscs last week...$70 for 100. Much better media than cicero.

Some of their hardware is just name brand stuff in a "house" brand box. For instance hard drives etc., but you need to be careful.

Gotta agree with Ziffelpig and richdvd; Cicero media is a crapshoot. You're better off ordering from http://www.blankmedia.ca/. Better, cheaper, and hey, you can now stock up on ink while you're there, too!

  11. Anyone see the sale of BenQ media in the paper for 100 pack DVD-R or DVD+R for $49.99

I checked the media at www.dvdrhelp.com, but I really don't know whether they'd come out quality or not.

I heard the kodak dvd-r's they had on were absolute garbage, so I didn't jump at that one. Just wondering what you guys think.

I usually just stick to memorex (and i just missed the sale of the 50pk for $39.99)

Kodak sells several different types of media under their brand name, I bought the 100 pack of 4X -R's and they were prodisc SO3. Pretty good media.
