    Is it possible to make a non-standard SVCD mpeg2 file with Cinema Craft Encoder, using 640x480 resolution and standard bitrate? The Tmpgenc encoded files I burn with Nero 5.5 play fine but take so long to make using the higher resolution.

    Tried it and it works, but the CCE SP2.5 encoder still takes over 2 times the length of the clip to make an XSVCD with 640x480 resolution and 2500bps.
