i need some advice. i have taken star wars the phantom menace and added in some deleted scenes, and have gotten rid of some of the jar jar nonsense. now what ive been doing is this...ripping using smart ripper, then dvd2avi, then ive taken and split the movie into 2 parts for vcd using TMPGEnc...once i have a completed mpg file i open mpeg tools in TMPGE, and really have no problems editing out the scenes that i want to, nor am i really having any problems putting the deleted scenes back into the movie...the small problems ive been noticing is that the time signature doesnt seem to be exactly accurate..seems to sometimes be off by a thousandth of a sec...the other problem is how do i keep the original subtitles in the edited version of the movie...is it possible to edit in my own subtitles, or even change jar jar's annoying voice into say another alien voice w/out having any noticable audio affects...or am i just going thru wishful thinking...thanks for any help that you might offer!
