I'm new to capturing. IAm capturing via firewire with my Sharp VL-Z3 camcorder using nerovision express. I capture everything in uncompressed avi format, in hopes of converting to other formats for storage and dvd production. However, I can't even tell what type of AVI im creating. nerovision doesn't say what camera settings are. right click - properties of video file in WinXP doesn't give info. How can I tell what frame rate etc i've captured at? it seems that conversion software requires this basic info, and I'm stumped feeling like a nit wit. HELP!?
