Which dvd authoring software?

I am looking for a good DVD Authoring software, of course with an affordable price.
Some of the features I would like.
- Menus with sound
- Chapter creation with buttons and easy image selection.
- Import of Mpeg-2 files.
- Quick DVD Burning

So far I have tested Spruce up, Mydvd , and DvdIt SE.
I am not satisfied for different reasons on each product.
SpruceUp is the best but is no longer for sale and developpement seems to be stopped.

Any suggestion welcome.
