    Ive heard that you can cut out a some video/audio out of a SVCD with TMPGEnc, but Ive downloaded the 'free' version and I cannot find out how. Can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial or even someone just help me out? Maybe someone had a similar problem with a VideoCD release that has lots of tornadoes and bad weather...

    File/mpeg tools/merge and cut/add/select file and load it/double click it/edit it. If that doesn't work then try Womble MPEG-VCR.

    im confused
    im using the .bin im gonna extract the .mpg from it
