How good (Or should I say bad ?!?!?!) is them to use while copying from VCR Stereo Video -> (S)VCD ?

I better go SB Audigy perhaps ?
It has only 3 33Mhz PCI slots, that is some problems.

The built in AC97 is as good as the SB128. Not as good as an Audigy maybe, but at 224 or 384kbps stereo, I defy your ears to tell the difference.
If you were using Dolby 5.1 AC3, then you might consider a better card.Cheers, Jim
