    but what program should i use if i want to convert the bin/cue file in such a way that i can see the setup exe file?should it be converted to mpeg?

    If you want to extract the mpeg from a bin/cue file, you can use VCDGear. For a link check on the left.

    If you want to extract the bin/cue, so get a exact copy of the contents (of the cd), you can use IsoBuster (it's free : http://users.pandora.be/smart.projects/isobuster.htm )
