  2. Mikeman,

    I don't know what it is you're asking for. If you want to know how to make a DVD-compatible MPEG using TMPGEnc, there are plenty of guides on the bar to your left under convert. Here's the link to save you a few seconds:

    https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?tools=1&madeby=&formatconversionselect=to+DVD&howt...or+List+Guides

    If this isn't what you're after, can you please give some more information so your question can be addressed correctly?

    Thanks,

  3. sorry , what i realy wanna do is take a bunch of concerts i have in mpg files and encode them into dvd formatso that when i try to burn 4 hours of them on 1 dvd-r, my burning program (neodvd,ulead moviefactory 3)
    wont go thru hours of encoding and then tell me theres not enough space on the disc for what im burning even though the project size said it was under 4.7 gig. im having a hell of a time getting more than 2 hours on a dvd. so if i can have the files i want encoded already, ii can test out these programs easier. thx again

  6. Mikeman,

    The reason you can't fit more on is because you aren't dropping the bitrate. If you drop this then it uses up less data but you sacrifice image quality.

    I'm afraid I don't believe you!

    https://www.videohelp.com/convert#4;10 - All formats --> DVD
    https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=75&howtoselect=4;10#75 - Guide for ANY VIDEO SOURCE --> DVD using TMPGEnc

    Remember you have to take the file TMPGEnc outputs and author it, so run it through TMPGEnc DVD Author to produce a DVD image, which is burnable.
