Digital Camera Web Sites

This site is awesome! I sure wish I had found it before we bought our DVD player. (Not to mention, also before I tried burning videos to DVDs.)

I am curious, are there any sites as cool as this one for reviewing digital cameras? My wife and I may spend $500-$1000 on one, and we sure want to get some good 'consumer' based reviews, not the crap you find at the sales sites.

These guys put cameras through the most rigorous testing I have ever seen. Very professional about it, without a hint of bias. I'm sure you'll be more than happy with their standards.

Just look for the camera you're after and if it has a green, bold "In-depth review" after it then they've gone the whole way. You will see every last tiny detail of the camera, including menus, how buttons feel and even what way the batteries fit in...

Another nod for dpreview, very good site.

Another one to check out is http://www.steves-digicams.com/ although I haven't checked it out in a while so I don't know how well it is keeping up.

Another good one is http://www.imaging-resource.com/ and I agree with Cobra that dpreview is very good.
