Problem with TV card, help plz.

Hello.
I tryed to install 2 TV card in my PC, but not succesfull. I have an PC with Athlon 2000+, board FIC Nforce2, 80GB HDD, 256RAM, ATI 9200SE, Win XP Pro ENG, DirectX 9.0b.
The first TV card is 3Deamon, that has BT878 chip, and the other one is Asus with Phillips chip. I installled TV card in fresh WinXP, everithing seems to be fine after installation drivers, but when I use the software that bundle with cards to find channels, it's show me : "Cannot create capture file" and the card didnt work. Even when I tryed to use ChrisTV software to find and watch the TV, it can't help me nothing. All this 2cards have a same mistake above.
I tryed to install a newest driver, but nothing is better.
Please help me with your experience, thanks you very much.

Tony... try calling the card's manufacturer.. they may able to troublshoot faster versus going back and forth on this forum page. They will know their conflict resolution with other cards, IRQ, DMA and other system anamolies that most techs here will not be aware of.
