  1. WHen I click on a video link on the internet I always get the "Page cannot be displayed" message but I can download and play it just fine. I get the same message for streaming video. There is probably a simple explanation however, I not that computer savvy.

    Can anyone help?

    I had recently downloaded the K - lite codex pack when this started happening. I an using IE browser on WinXP.

    Codec Packs can be bad news.

    Firstly can you remove it using Add/Remove Programmes. That would be the best thing to do.

    Then only get codecs as and when you need them , you will find that you don't need many codecs to be able to play / convert / whatever . If you download G Spot it will tell you what codec you need for a particular file.

    If Add/remove doesn't work hen you could restore your PC to a time before you installed the pack.
