I'm trying to watch something on a Scottish site but it won't come up for me and I believe it's blocking me because I'm not in the UK. Is there anyway to get around this? (Aside from moving to the UK)
This is what I'm trying to see:http://www.bbc.co.uk/scotland/player/?item=4451411

Find a local (to Scotland/UK) proxy server so it looks like oyu are coming from somewhere nearer.

For copyright reasons, the BBC only allow viewing of their streamed clips to UK citizens.

So, as has been stated, unless you can find a UK proxy to fool the site, viewing is blocked.
